Confirmation of Your Reservation
Once you have received an e-mailed reply from Decked Out House staff that confirms availability and rate, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation details can be accessed by entering your e-mailed reference # . This system also permits deposit payment by Visa or Master Card. The reservation offer will have a respond-by date, generally 48 hours during which your tentative reservation can be held. If after this time period you still want the reservation, please write to inquirydoh@earthlink.com to verify availability.
Deposits are refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee, if notification of cancellation is received within 60 days of reservation date. After 60 days, it is not refundable for any reason save circumstances, which cause closure of Decked Out House. Scroll down for Reference # entry.
