High Season Rates

Rates are in US dollars and plus 9% hotel tax and 3% service fee. Optional air-conditioning is offered for the 2nd floor all purpose/sleeping room for $70 week/$10/day. 

Apart #1 (Large Studio with Kitchen, priv. bath) : $65/nt - 1-2 persons/nt

Apart #2 ( 2-bedrooms with queen and 2 single, lg Kit, great room, 1 ba) - $1150/4 per/wk

Unit #3 - ( 2 bedrooms one a suite with kit, two baths)- $1100/4 per/wk

Main House - Units #1 and 2 combined ( 4 bd, 3 ba  Kit, great room): $1850wk/8 per/wk (Sat -Sat)

Entire House ( Units #1, 2,and 3)  $2200/10 persons

Additional Persons $100/wk, Children $50 for Units #1 and 2:
