Decked Out House vacation rental home offers apartments as well as entire house rental.  Weekly rental rates for the Main House, levels  2 and 3 combined , and apart ments #2 and 3, require are for stays that are from  Saturday arrival  to  Saturday departure  except when indicated. Rates are in US dollars and are plus 9% tax and 3% service fee.   

Decked Out House rates are listed in tables on rate page links for each of  three catagories:

Non-peak Season:  Summer and Fall

Peak Season: Late Fall, Winter and Spring

High Season: Holiday Season

A deposit of 50% of total is required for confirmation of a reservation. Deposits are refundable minus a $100 fee, if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to your reservation date. After 60 days prior to reservervations, deposits are not refundable for any reason save closure of Decked Out House.
