Reservations are confirmed by a 50% deposit. It is refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee/each week of reservation if notcice of cancellation is recieved at least 60 days prior to the reservation date. After 60 days it is non-refundable for any reason save closure for business of Decked Out House.
